How it all started
In September 2014, Leentje and her son León bid farewell to Antwerp and embraced Chicago as their new home. Driven by her love for the city and her background in tourism and media, Leentje established Chica-Go, a venture focused on offering unique "off the beaten path" experiences.
Notably, Leentje serves as Editor-in-Chief for various Chicago hospitality publications, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her tours and offerings. Chica-Go goes beyond standard city tours, providing immersive experiences in Dutch, French, and English. Leentje also specializes in crafting tailor-made (multi-day) packages for family vacations, city trips with friends, or corporate outings.
